Terms of Use

This is a translation. If it differs from the Turkish original, the Turkish version prevails.

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Elvy Studio and you as a user of the Services. By downloading, installing or using the Services, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

• Account: A user account created directly or through a third-party platform such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center to access the Services.
• Content: Text, images, audio, video, graphics, data, software, in-game items and any other material in or made available through the Services.
• Services: All games, apps, software, features, Content, websites and support services provided by Elvy Studio.
• Virtual Items: Digital products obtained within the Services, such as in-game currency, items, boosters, ad removal and subscriptions.
• User or you: Any person who accesses, installs or uses the Services in any way.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are a minor in your country, you must use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases require parental consent.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your Account and for activity under it. When you sign in through a third-party platform, that platform's terms also apply. You can delete your Account at any time from the in-game Settings screen or by writing to support@elvystudio.com. When an Account is deleted, your progress and Virtual Items are permanently lost.

4. License and intellectual property

Elvy Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights in the Services and Content belong to Elvy Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Prohibited use

• Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or trying to access the source code of the Services
• Using cheats, bots, automation or unauthorized third-party software; exploiting bugs
• Manipulating ad delivery or measurement, or generating fake clicks
• Selling, transferring or renting Accounts or Virtual Items
• Using the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others

6. Virtual Items, purchases and subscriptions

Virtual Items are licensed to you for use only within the Services; they cannot be exchanged for real money, cannot be transferred and have no monetary value. Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own policies. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled from your store account at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Price changes are announced in advance in line with store rules. Because delivery of digital content begins immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the extent permitted by law.

7. Ads

The Services may include ads served by third-party ad networks. Rewards earned from rewarded ads are Virtual Items. Advertisers are responsible for the products and services they advertise.

8. Third-party services

The Services may include third-party services or links. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to those parties' terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that they will run without interruption or errors, or on every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months. This does not limit consumers' statutory rights.

10. Termination and changes to the Services

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your Account. We may change or discontinue the Services or any feature. If we shut down a game entirely, we will announce it reasonably in advance.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce significant changes in the game or on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers' rights to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where they live, are reserved.
