KVKK Disclosure Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Elvy Studio, as data controller, provides the following information.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and account: username, player ID, display name from the sign-in platform
• Transaction security and device: device and advertising IDs, IP address, device and operating system information
• Customer transactions: game progress, purchase records
• Marketing: ad interactions, install source, push token
• Communication: email address and messages shared for support

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed to provide the game and your account, verify purchases, fix bugs and keep the Services secure, produce statistics, send notifications, show and measure ads, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

4. Legal grounds and collection method

Your data is collected electronically through the app, SDKs and support channels, by automated or partly automated means. Processing relies on KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) formation and performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest, and Art. 5/1 explicit consent for personalized ads, ad measurement and notifications.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to service providers named in the Privacy Policy, such as Google, Apple, Sentry, AppsFlyer and ad networks, and to the countries abroad where their servers are located, in line with the conditions and safeguards of KVKK Art. 8 and 9. It may be shared with competent public authorities where the law requires.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and request information
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7, and notification of these actions to third parties who received the data
• To object to an adverse result from automated analysis and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
