Data & Account Deletion

Block Shine's game data (progress, scores and settings) is stored on your device and in Google Play Games. Elvy Studio does not store this data on its own servers, so you delete it yourself with the steps below. This page is provided as required by Google Play and App Store rules.

1. Delete the data on your device

• Open the game, tap "Delete Account" on the Settings screen and confirm.
• Or uninstall Block Shine from your device. Uninstalling the app deletes the game data on the device.

2. Delete the data in Google Play Games

• Open the Google Play Games app and go to Settings.
• Open the option to delete your Play Games account and data; under deleting individual game data, select Block Shine and delete.
• This removes your leaderboard entries, achievements and game activity from Google. Details: Google Privacy Policy.

• Write to support@elvystudio.com; we will explain these steps and help if needed.
• The only information Elvy Studio may hold is what you sent us yourself: your support correspondence and any closed test sign-up made on our website. If you ask, we delete it within 30 days at the latest.

Important

Deleted game data cannot be restored. Purchase records are kept by Apple and Google as required by tax and commercial law. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account to stop being charged.
